PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the RECLAIRE online store at reclaireskin.com.
1. PAYMENT
Orders placed on the RECLAIRE online store can be paid for online using a bank card through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment service providers. RECLAIRE does not store customers’ full bank card details.
The available payment methods are displayed to the Customer during checkout.
An order is considered paid after successful confirmation of the payment by the payment service provider.
2. PRICES AND CURRENCY
Product prices are displayed on the Website before the Customer places an order.
The final amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, is displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed.
Depending on the Customer’s country or selected market, prices may be displayed in the currency available for that market.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and process a refund where applicable.
If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure described below will apply.
4. RETURNS
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the order, subject to the conditions set out in this Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the product must generally:
- be unused and in its original condition;
- retain its original packaging, labels and seals;
- show no signs of use or damage caused after delivery;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or unsealed cosmetic products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
This restriction does not affect the Customer’s rights in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@reclaireskin.com.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the request, we may offer, as applicable:
- replacement of the product;
- refund;
- another solution agreed with the Customer and permitted by applicable law.
6. RETURN PROCEDURE

- product you wish to return;
- reason for the return.
We will provide further instructions regarding the return.
Products should not be returned without first contacting us.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Where a return is requested because the Customer changed their mind or for another reason not caused by RECLAIRE, return shipping costs may be borne by the Customer, subject to applicable law.
If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or the return is caused by an error on our part, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller where required by applicable law.
8. REFUNDS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the Customer about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, the amount will generally be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
The time required for the funds to appear in the Customer’s account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.
9. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, certain products may not be eligible for return, including cosmetic products that have been opened, used or unsealed where their return is restricted for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
